Who can use ChangiGO?
Only verified Changi Airport staff can use the ChangiGO App.
Do I have to download 2 separate apps to use as both a requester and a deliverer?
No. You can use the same account on the same app as both requester and deliverer. And that means you can post a task and bid for a task on the same app and account.
Are there any membership fees?
No. Use of ChangiGO is free, You are only required to pay the deliverer when your task has been completed.
Are deliverer employed by ChangiGO?
No. ChangiGO only acts as an intermediary platform which connects you with available deliverer . We vet through all our deliverer applications through ID verification to ensure the safe, secure and integrous experience we aim to deliver.

Register
How do I register?
Registration is a simple process and can be completed in less than 2 minutes. Simply download our application on Google Play or the IOS App Store and fill up the required fields.

What information do I have to provide to register?
You will be required to provide your email address create a password as well as provide your airport pass ID for verification.
Is there a verification process​?
The airport pass ID will be verified during the registration process. The airport passs ID will contain all the necessary information needed.

How many levels of verification are there?
There are 3 levels of verification:

a. Deliverer
~ use who are able to deliver a maximum of 3 requests a day.

b. Verified deliverer
~ user who are have 100 (5 stars ) reviews on ChangiGO.
once upgraded to a verified deliverer , the user will be able to deliver 5 requests a day and welcome gift (10 Changi Rewards Points)
c. Super deliverer
~user who have obtained 300 (5 stars) reviews on ChangiGO. Once upgraded to a super deliverer . the user will be able to deliver 7 requests and Welcome gift (20 Changi Rewards Points)

Creating tasks
What kind of task can I post?

How much does it cost to get a task done?
Based on how whatever you feel is reasonable.
Why does my task expire?
Task have an expiry time to encourage requester to accept the task fast. This in turn helps to minimise the time for your task to be picked up and started.
Cancelling tasks
Can I cancel my task once I have created it?
Yes you may. However, you may be subjected to the following cancellation fees:
When request cancelled Penalty
When food is not ready NIL
Food is ready $3 + Total Payable (inclusive of delivery fee)

When deliverer arrived $5 + Total Payable (inclusive of delivery fee)

How do I communicate with my deliverer ?
With the application opened, you can communicate with the deliverer using the in-app chat or through website chat.

Earning
Are there any charges on my earning?
No. There are no other charges on your earnings. You earn the exact amount given by the requester under the delivery fee.
Cancellation
Can I cancel once I've accepted a request?
Yes you can. However, your review score and verification level will be affected.

Is there a specific delivery point?
No. The requester and deliverer are free to communicate the meet-up location that they both agree to. However, ChangiGO have come up with some meet up point as shown below.
